Welcome! I am Nora Black, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing virtual therapy for adults across South Carolina. I work with women who may understand how something in their past is still affecting how they feel, think, or relate to others- but aren't always sure how to change those patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I help clients explore the experiences that have shaped them while developing practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, relationships, and everyday life. I am trained in EMDR therapy and incorporate EMDR when it fits a client's needs and goals. I believe therapy is a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgement, and supported as you create meaningful change. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
